Sanford is the oldest purpose-built housing co-operative in London. Founded in 1973, it has been transformed from a wasteland into a cosy, green and welcoming environment. Our street, Sanford Walk, is home to 125 tenants, living in 14 houses and 6 flats.
Sanford will once again be taking part in the incredible, inspiring and completely awesome New Cross and Deptford Free Film Festival. The theme for our week of films is statelessness. Here's the flyer:
